The MyPersonality.info Web Site and Facebook Application (referenced collectively as "MyPersonality.info") are owned and operated by DreamDolphin Media, LLC. DreamDolphin Media, LLC has created this privacy policy statement in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for MyPersonality.info.
Information Automatically Logged
The IP addresses of users are logged and used to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer MyPersonality.info. Our user account system and similar parts of MyPersonality.info in which a user uploads data to our server log IP addresses to track users so we can deal with instances of abuse that may occur. Our server logs IP addresses for internal statistical use.
Information Volunteered
You must be at least 13-years-old to create a MyPersonality.info account and to submit personal information to MyPersonality.info.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail or who otherwise provide their e-mail address. We collect information volunteered by users including but not limited to name, account information, user profile information, profile pictures (including Facebook profile pictures volunteered by the user), test question answers and information involved in purchasing services from MyPersonality.info. A user's name and profile picture are made available to the public via their Personality Profile Page immediately upon submission. A user's test results are made available to the public via their Personality Profile Page automatically upon completion of a test. Users can log into their account or access their Options in the Facebook Application to turn off public display of their profile or test results.
MyPersonality.info has a no-spam policy and will not provide users' e-mail addresses to another party unless required by law. Various announcements related to new features and specific user accounts (such as new group member notification) are sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. A user can opt-out of such e-mail announcements at any time (read FAQ).
The information we collect is used to improve the content of MyPersonality.info, used to customize the content and/or layout for each individual visitor, used to contact users and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not sell or trade any e-mail addresses that we have collected.
Cookies and Advertisers
We use cookies to record session information that keeps members logged in and to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit MyPersonality.info. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to MyPersonality.info and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
